After one week of being established our Internal Recruiters Australia Network has quickly grown to over 100 internal, inhouse, corporate Recruiters and HR professionals who want to network, share information, ideas, industry trends, and expertise relating to Recruitment and Selection.

Most Australian businesses are staffing up again. As founder of this group I wanted to create a platform to enable our community to network, discuss, share and learn from one another on cutting edge best practice trends in recruitment and selection methodologies.

My view is that (generally speaking) the HR community needs to take a more active role in ensuring the integrity of internal selection processes. Leaving it to chance that your line managers are engaging in a rigorous selection process is like gambling on a horse race. Tell us your view.
